Cancellation Policy
To make sure I can provide the best experience for every client:
• You’ll get a friendly reminder 72 hours before your appointment.
• If you need to make changes, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
• Late cancellations/rescheduling (less than 24 hours) or arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a $25 fee.
• No Call, No Shows will result in a 75% nonrefundable charge of your total service, which will be applied to the card on file.
• Please remember that all deposits are nonrefundable.
